MRA & CCPPI Partnership

Through an ongoing partnership with the Midtown Redevelopment Authority (MRA), CCPPI continues to play a significant role in implementing the Southeast Houston Affordable Housing Initiative, MRA's affordable housing plan.  The program supports and subsidizes the construction of houses by conveying MRA-owned land to the purchaser. The program makes homes affordable and keeps the dream of homeownership within reach for qualified homebuyers who would otherwise be unable to purchase a brand-new home in the Greater Third Ward area and other neighborhoods due to high levels of gentrification and current market conditions.

If you are interested in purchasing a home through the MRA Affordable Homes Program, contact our developers to check for availability.
